        Business Etiquette is about the little things that count. The words are simple but the impact they make is powerful. The ability to handle yourself appropriately and confidently outweighs even your technical skills. This holds immense truth and power in the competitive world of business-where the little niceties help in gaining an edge over the others.  

             Keeping in view the above, this Institute is organisisng a five day management development programme at the institute from 9^th to 13^th June, 2008. The programme would be highly beneficial to all entrepreneurs, managers and executives from various fields of profession  in Industry, Business or Service Organizations.The programme will not only sensitize participants about the importance of    Business Etiquette but also sharpen their business communication skills with the purpose of enhancing both professional image and promotability.The details of the programme are as under:-

  SETTING UP OF VERTICAL SHAFT BRICK KILN AT JAIPUR

              It is proposed to set up Vertical Shaft Brick Kiln and other related machineries to manufacture clay bricks as a Demonstration Centre in and around Jaipur by MSME-DI, Jaipur, Government of India.  The Capacity of the Demonstration Centre will be 10000 bricks / day (2 Shaft Kilns) alongwith the production machinery such as single screws jacks for unloading of the bricks, unloading trolleys, brick making machines for clay mixing and moulding. The interested Companies / Technology Provider may send their sealed offer on or before 5th June 2008 . The offer should contain the following :

 1.  Cost of 2 Vertical shaft Brick Kiln with refractory lining that includes know how Erection, Commissioning, Trial Production, Training, Soil Testing, Production Shed etc. (Turn key basis) with material and all.

 2.   Cost of other machinery separately alongwith specification suitable to produce 10000 bricks / day.

 3.      Total time to complete the project

 TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR QUOTATIONS (COMMERCIAL BIDDING)

 1.        Your quotations should reach this office (MSME-DI, Jaipur) on or before 5th June 2008 till 16.00 Hrs.

 2.        The envelope containing quotations should be sealed and superscribed clearly as “QUOTATIONS FOR VERTICAL SHAFT BRICK KILN/  EQUIPMENTS FOR MSME-DI, JAIPUR” TO BE OPENED ON 5th June 2008 AT 16.00 Hrs.

 3.        The offer should remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of quotation.

 4.        The prices should be indicated in Indian Currency item wise according to the list.  Since the goods / plants are required to be delivered in and around Jaipur, you should quote accordingly.

 5.    Amount of ST, CST, Central Excise, Octroi etc., which are applicable, should be quoted clearly specified indicating the rate at which it is charged. (‘C’/’D’ Form will be supplied by us).

 6.        The right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons is reserved by the Director of this Institute.

 7.        Since this is a Govt. of India Deptt., payment in advance is not permissible.  However, the payment is made within a reasonable time after receipt, inspection and satisfactory demonstration of goods.

 8.        The manufacturer / supplier has to furnish a guarantee / warrantee certificate that the said goods / equipments would continue to conform to the description and quality as aforesaid for a period of one year after the goods have been accepted by us of a period of 15 months after the delivery of the goods / equipments whichever is early.

 9.        All payments shall be quoted and will be made in Indian Currency only.

 10.    The manufacturer/supplier have to arrange demonstration at your cost.
